APTC School of Health & Community Service

Consultant, Industry Specialist Australia-Pacific Technical College Phase II Detailed DesignSchool of Health Community Services

The project was auspiced by Box Hill IOT on behalf of AusAID and required consultation visits to five Pacific Island Nations to explore training needs that could be aligned to Australian qualifications with migration options. Consultation occured from July 2007 through to December 2007 and was especially sensitive as this design project followed an unsuccessful earlier design project covering the same industry sectors. The final product was a detailed design for a School of Health and Community Services establishing campuses in Fiji, Vanuatu and Samoa offering a range of Australian qualifications though RPL and gap training. Brian Spencer was a key writer and designer for this project.
