Brian Spencer

Brian Spencer is the Managing Director of Optin Solutions.  He was CEO of the Community Services & Health Industry Training Board in Victoria from 1995 to 2007.  Brian has 38 years experience working in the public and community sectors in management, policy development and service delivery. Brian has worked extensively in adult learning, workplace learning and RPL. He is passionate about experiential learning, workforce development and developing holistic and innovative approaches to assessment. Widely respected as an innovative, strategic and lateral thinker, Brian is a passionate, creative and entertaining communicator.

Geoff Sheehan

Geoff Sheehan is a senior project worker with Optin Solutions. Geoff has over 30 years of experience working in the Community Services and VET sectors in policy and program development, management, as well as service delivery roles. He worked for the Community Services and Health Training Board for a number of years after moving across from Vocational Education and Training where he held senior educator and manager roles.
